YOUR MISSION

As the CEO's right-hand person, you're at the heart of the action. You ensure smooth daily operations while actively contributing to evolving the customer experience.

A motivating leader and key player in management, you orchestrate operations, align teams, and identify opportunities to grow the organization. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach to create a distinctive, consistent, and memorable experience, both in summer and winter.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage operations with rigor and fluidity:

• Ensure the overall performance of the sectors under your responsibility (catering, accommodation, customer experience, ski school, rentals, golf, maintenance and IT)
• Ensuring the quality, efficiency and consistency of operations
• Being present on the ground to support, adjust and continuously optimize

Evolving the offering and the experience:

• Develop and implement new activities and experiences in collaboration with the teams and marketing
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• To actively contribute to the organization's positioning and value proposition

Mobilizing and developing teams:

• Supervise and support the managers under your responsibility
• Create a motivating, collaborative, and excellence-oriented environment
• Ensuring consistency in management and leadership across teams

Contributing to performance and profitability:

• Participate in the development and monitoring of budgets
• Optimize profit centers and support business decisions
• Collaborating on pricing and sales strategies

To play a key role in management:

• Actively participate in the management committee and strategic planning
• To propose guidelines and ensure their implementation
• To act as interim CEO in his absence

To ensure a healthy, safe and structured environment:

• Ensure compliance with standards, policies and regulations
• Contribute to a strong culture of health, safety and employee experience
