Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of our outdoor facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-functioning environment through routine maintenance, landscaping, and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with various tools and a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance.

Duties

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repair and maintenance projects efficiently
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
• Maintain irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Assist with gardening tasks to promote healthy plant growth and aesthetic appeal
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues requiring attention
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed and supplies used

Requirements

• Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, and general maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate various landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

Job Type: Seasonal
