Thank you for making the time, and expressing interest in wanting to come and join our turf care team for the upcoming season! How are you doing today? Hope you are having a great day and thanks again for making the time to see what Kananaskis is all about. We understand that there is nothing more precious than a person’s time so let’s cut to the chase, shall we?

2) What is our culture?

Wow…you are on a bit of a roll – great question! Our culture rests in the hands of three little words. MAKE. THE. TIME. What does that mean? Thanks for asking! It primarily means two things.

- Take care of each other and our business
- Catch our team doing the right things and giving them a pat on the back for it

- Call to action for our guests - We want guests to Make the Time to:
- Understand the importance of getting away and making time for themselves to decompress, reconnect, and have fun with family and friends
- Join our team and come out to Kananaskis and “fill their cup” so that they are better versions of themselves in every facet of their lives!

4) Job Specifics, I guess you need to know a little bit about what we would love for you to do as a member of our Turf Care team! But to briefly summarize some of the highlights…here we go!!
- Working in a team-based environment to maintain the golf course to a world class quality and standard
- Daily mowing assignments on Greens, Tees, Fairways, and rough areas.
- Maintaining Bunkers
- Daily Golf Course Set-up
- Landscape maintenance including creeks, ponds, forested areas
- Small-scale landscaping projects such as sodding, tree-trimming, flower planting, and irrigation fixes.

Qualifications
- Motivated and holds a strong punctual lifestyle
- Enjoy working outdoors and is coachable
- Positive attitude and a team player

Wage is $16.50 per hour, with up to an additional $1 per hour contract completion/performance bonus. Subsidized Staff Accommodation is available at a cost of $12 per day!
