Clubhouse & Proshop Attendant

Position Summary
The Clubhouse & Pro Shop Attendant is a key front-line role responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to golfers, members, and guests. This position supports both food and beverage service in the clubhouse and daily operations in the pro shop, helping create a welcoming and well-run golf course experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and guests and act as a first point of contact
• Manage tee times, check-ins, green fees, memberships, and rentals
• Serve food and beverages in the clubhouse, patio, and during events
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse and pro shop
• Support leagues, tournaments, and special events
• Follow liquor laws, food safety standards, and park policies
• Work collaboratively with clubhouse, pro shop, and course staff

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Comfortable using POS and booking systems
• Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Interest in golf and community environments is an asset
