Job Details/Qualifications

Open seven days a week we offer casual dining and special events.
We’re seeking a qualified, skilled, and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team. Our clubhouse offers guests an exceptional dining experience, from casual bites after a round to elegant event catering. The ideal candidate will bring the best practices in guest service, operations, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute seasonal, high-quality menus for our members and guests
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with events staff to cater golf tournaments, banquets, weddings, and other special occasions

Qualifications:

  • Smart serve certified
  • An awareness and interest in current trends in the hospitality business
  • Extensive food + beverage knowledge
  • Experience working within FOH/BOH
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in providing an memorable dining experience for our patrons
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends and holidays as needed.
