Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor

Manage daily bar operations ensuring exceptional customer service while overseeing staff, inventory and safety compliance and dealing with any concerns or complaints.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: training, managing stock levels, cash handling, taking orders, making drinks, serving, clearing and cleaning tables, bar and restaurant area. Being available to work weddings, tournaments or any outside event.
Assisting with promotion of food and beverage product.

Requirements: Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certificate, Safe Food handling (an asset but not required), strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Proficient with POS systems, cash handling and stock control.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays when required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift, push, pull and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Available May 1st through September 30th, 2026
