Food & Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager, reporting to the General Manager, is responsible for all food and beverage service-related aspects of Northview Golf & Country Club. All back of house and all front of house team members report to you. You will be an experienced Manager looking after the people on your team. You will provide excellent leadership and training, ensuring all members of the team provide excellent food and beverage service experiences.

You will be financially accountable for all areas of food and beverage operations working within the approved budget. This includes increasing sales and growing overall revenues. You will provide input into capital projects that improve our offerings and experiences.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the team and customers alike. Your professionalism will be on display at all times.

A strong background in front of house operations and event planning will be considered an asset.

Compensation for this position will range from $75,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and will include an attractive benefits package including gratuities over and above the base salary. The expected start date would be ASAP.
