Job Details/Qualifications

Purpose of Position
To manage the day-to-day operations of the Gabriola Golf and Country Club food and beverage operations under the supervision of the Director of Food and Beverage (a GGCC Board Member position).

Hours of Work

  • The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time position (40
  • hours/week)
  • Hours are flexible with an expectation to be on duty during peak
  • operational times, which may include some weekends and Holidays.
  • Hours of operation may be extended or curtailed to accommodate
  • slow times or special events as per the Board’s direction.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduation
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / Hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in F&B Management preferred
