Job Details/Qualifications

Tasks encompass all supervisory and hands on aspects of the food and beverage department. From assisting in the hiring to the training of food and beverage staff in the preparation and serving of food; cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen, serving and eating areas; use of computerized POS software and debt/credit card machines for collection and reporting of monies. Work with management and staff to create menus and daily specials; event/tournament planning and set up; keeping and updating food and beverage inventories; beverage cart setup; operation and record keeping. Will provide training to staff from preparing of dishes, the necessity of proper food handling, holding and separation of food types; log taking of temperatures, inventorying to manage food costs/food expiration; customer service; show the importance of working with others in a team environment but also the ability to work alone to accomplish expected tasks. Must be 'People Friendly' with excellent communication and computer skills.
