Overview
The Front of House & Bar Manager lights up every room they enter with their dynamic, high-energy, hospitality-centric leadership style. This position oversees all guest-facing food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, efficient staffing, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role bridges service, leadership, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front of house staff including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Oversee daily service operations for dining, events, and tournaments
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Events team to execute events
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures
Compensation
- $23–$26 per hour or salaried equivalent, with tip/event gratuity eligibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in hospitality or food & beverage management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- High attention to service quality and guest experience
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
