Kitchen Cook/Prep Positions

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Cook/Prep positions. As a vital part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of delicious and high-quality meals, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and measuring portions
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of meals
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute ideas for menu improvements and innovative dishes
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
