About the Opportunity

Golf Kenosee, located in the heart of Moose Mountain Provincial Park, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our newly renovated Club 19 Restaurant & Bar — plus our concession and drink cart services.

Known for its beautiful views, friendly atmosphere, and quality food, Golf Kenosee offers a unique opportunity to manage a popular seasonal restaurant at a top destination course.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, concession, and drink cart.
• Manage and schedule front- and back-of-house teams.
• Supervise kitchen operations, food prep, and service standards.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, inventory, and purchasing.
• Develop menus and plan specials to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are met.
• Recruit, train, and lead restaurant and kitchen staff.
• Coordinate special events and promotions with club management.
• Provide an exceptional experience for members and guests.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role (Manager, Sous Chef, or Food & Beverage Manager).
• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Red Seal certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Passion for great food, hospitality, and teamwork.
