The Role
As a Third Cook, you will be a key member of our culinary team, assisting with high-quality food preparation and production for our restaurants and banquet operations. This is an entry-to-mid-level position perfect for those looking to grow their career in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
• Food Prep: Assist in the daily setup of line stations and prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning).
• Service Support: Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff and follow instructions from the Executive or Sous Chefs.
• Station Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and sanitized, following all food safety and HACCP regulations.
• Quality Control: Ensure food is prepared according to resort standards, plating guides, and guest specifications.
• Inventory: Help monitor stock levels and report any equipment maintenance needs to management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in food preparation, knife skills, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing a memorable guest experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
