Job Summary:
Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club is seeking the services of an Associate or an Assistant Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
• Day to day operations of the pro shop; including booking tee times, checking in golfers, merchandise sales.
• Participate in the execution of successful golf tournaments, leagues, and special events.
• Provide high-quality lessons and clinics to our members and public golfers while growing the game in our community.
• Develop and Lead our busy Junior Camp program throughout the summer months.
• Supervise all outside golf operations staff to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
• Responsible for opening/closing shifts in accordance with all operating procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and overall pro shop sales.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing manager for golf related advertising and promotions.
• Oversee tee-sheet management to maximize course use while maintaining pace of play and an efficient flow of the golf course.
• Enforce club policies and procedures to members and guests where necessary.
• Manage all pro shop operations in the absence of the Head Professional


Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including excel and word.
• Tee-On experience is a benefit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• PGA of Canada member preferred.
• Organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Strong inter-departmental communication and support.


Compensation:
• $800-1100 per week. Full-Time Seasonal position.
• An opportunity exists for the right candidate to work winter hours with our golf simulator.
