Golf Operations Manager

Job Summary

This role involves daily golf operations, merchandising, tournament coordination, and providing outstanding customer service both on and off the course.  We are in a growth stage and looking for a Leader to institute a fun culture for both affordable golf and a great team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including tee sheet management, pace of play, cart fleet management, and starter duties.
• Oversee and train golf service team to ensure excellent service standards.
• Enforce club policies, rules, and regulations in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and the game of golf.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and golf/tournament management software (e.g., Golf Genius, Golf Now).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

Between $35,000 and $40,000 annually = Golf Season
