Hospitality Manager

About the Role

The Hospitality Manager leads all dining and hospitality operations, creating a welcoming, well-run environment for every golfer and guest. This hands-on role includes managing food and beverage operations, menu planning, ordering, scheduling, and team leadership — all while ensuring consistently high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
• Run food and beverage operations
• Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Create and refine menus that delight members while controlling costs
• Schedule, train, and support kitchen and service staff
• Track food and labor costs, assist with budgeting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and AGCO regulations
• Deliver exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Support tournaments and special events
• Bring fresh ideas to improve offerings and enhance the guest experience

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality management, ideally in a golf, club, or resort setting – co-op and internships count
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with ordering systems, inventory management, and cost controls
• Knowledge of menu planning and food service operations
• Smart Serve certification (required); Food Handler certification (preferred)
• Positive, service-driven attitude and a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
