Lac Pelletier Regional Park Authority operates a vibrant golf course and clubhouse nestled in the scenic beauty of Lac Pelletier Regional Park. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service, memorable community events, and a welcoming atmosphere for golfers and guests alike.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clubhouse Manager to lead our team for the 2026 season.


Position Summary
The Clubhouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the Clubhouse and Pro Shop, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth, efficient business operations. This includes tee-time management, light food preparation from a minimal menu, supervising staff, coordinating events, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with all operational, liquor, and safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities

Facility & Operations Management
•Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the clubhouse and adjacent amenities
•Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
•Ensure the clubhouse environment is organized, functional, and welcoming
•Oversee and assist with light cooking and food preparation from a simplified, efficient menu
•Conduct weekly town trips for banking, groceries, and other supplies as needed

Staff Leadership
•Recruit, train, and supervise clubhouse staff
•Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
•Foster a positive, service-oriented team culture

Customer & Member Relations
•Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests
•Address inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
•Promote a friendly and inclusive environment for all patrons

Event Coordination
•Collaborate with park committees and community groups to plan and support events, tournaments, and functions
•Liaise with vendors, caterers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events
•Organize and manage ladies and men’s nights golf

Administration & Reporting
•Manage cash handling, petty cash, ATM operations, and daily reconciliation
•Process invoices, track expenses, and assistance with budget preparation
•Prepare monthly operational reports for board meetings

Compliance & Safety
•Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, food safety, and occupational health regulations
•Enforce clubhouse and park policies consistently and fairly

Qualifications
•Proven experience in hospitality, golf course, or clubhouse management
•Proficiency with POS and Tee On Systems is considered an asset.
•Tee on system knowledge is an asset
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
•Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
•Valid Serve Right and Food Safe certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
•Basic financial literacy and experience with budgeting or cash control
